Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) is Minnesota's Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) program, a federal requirement which ensures comprehensive medical coverage to children ages birth through 20 years old enrolled in Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care.
